We send two types of SMS messages: (1) Transactional messages — including device buyback offer details, inquiry follow-ups, and meetup coordination. Customers must provide express written consent via a required checkbox before receiving these. (2) Promotional messages — including special buying events, promotions, and offers. Consent for promotional messages is collected separately via an optional checkbox and is not required to submit the form. Both consent types are collected independently on our website form.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Divine Wireless at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. To re-enable SMS messages from Divine Wireless, reply START at any time. Opting out will not affect any in-progress buyback transactions.

Wireless carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Metro by T-Mobile, and all other US wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Carriers expressly disclaim all liability for message delivery failures. Divine Wireless is not responsible for SMS delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by wireless carrier networks, outages, or any other conditions outside our direct control.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit any form, or provide consent to receive SMS messages from Divine Wireless. Our SMS messaging program is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and older. By submitting our form and checking the consent checkbox, you represent and confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
